At Leaders of the Longbox, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

We do not accept returns on graded comic books unless the item arrives damaged in transit. If your graded comic book is damaged upon delivery, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. To start the return process, please email us at leadersofthelongbox@gmail.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
